This high production plant is available in Central Mix and Paving Plant configurations. Designed for fast set up, it is equipped with a 10 cu. yd. batcher and mixer providing a 300 cu. yd. per hour capacity. Self contained and fully equipped, the LoGo 10 Central Mix includes everything you need to begin production.
Specifications
- Four compartment, in line or cross configuration aggregate bins, with 45 cu. yd./66 ton capacity* and air operated clamshell gates.
- Single compartment cement bin, 2120 cu. ft. 530 Bbl maximum, 441 Bbl minimum or 100 tons. Includes a sealed hatch, maintenance slide gate over the batch gate and low-pressure bin flow pads for cement aeration.
- Batching Conveyor with 36" wide belt and 500 ft. per min. belt speed. The metal lined mixer charging hood is an integral part of the cement batcher.
- Air System operates all bin and batcher gates and provides cement aeration. A factory installed, 10 HP, continuous running, two-stage compressor provides air with 80 gal., tank and all filters, regulators and lubricators.
- NEMA-12 rated power panel includes dust tight enclosure, with main disconnect switch, 460v-115v transformer, across-the-line magnetic starters with 115v coils and automatic reset overload relays for each plant motor. All required motors are provides and plug and cord connected.
*All bin, batcher and cement storage capacities are C.P.M.B. rated.
